Richard B. Murray and Robert L. Rauzi joined their law practices in 2004 each having over 30 years of legal experience in working with small business owners, providing real estate closing services, and assisting with estate planning among other services. Korey M. Kidwell joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2010.
Mr. Murray, Mr. Rauzi, and Mr. Kidwell formed Owl Creek Title Agency in 2010 as a way to enhance their real estate closing services for clients. While Owl Creek Title Agency is a separate entity, it handles the majority of all real estate matters for Kidwell & Cunningham, Ltd.
Cynthia A. Cunningham joined the firm in December 2014 and became a partner in January 2017.
Mr. Murray and Mr. Rauzi retired from the practice of law in 2014.
Robert D. Lee joined Kidwell & Cunningham in July 2015 and retired June 30, 2017.
Jeremy R. Abrams joined Kidwell & Cunningham in February 2018.
In January 2019, Kidwell & Cunningham opened an office in Morrow County, Ohio.

Through Owl Creek Title Agency, the lawyers at Kidwell & Cunningham perform real estate closing services, title searches, and issue lender's and owner's title insurance policies.
From a small business planning perspective, Kidwell & Cunningham assists clients in setting up and operating a business including selecting the appropriate legal entity for your business, filing the necessary paperwork with the Ohio Secretary of State, and preparing associated documents such as operating agreements and employment contracts.
Kidwell & Cunningham prepares wills, trusts, and associated documents, which include financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney and living will documents.
